We retreated to Camp Menogyn in the stunning wilderness of the boundary waters for a weekend to restore us body and soul. MENOGYN (min-o-jin) is from the Ojibwe, “To grow fully.” We found peace, adventure, wholesome meals, sisterhood, laughter, quiet space for reflection, massage, yoga and more.
Can you imagine an entire weekend to do whatever your heart desires? Sleep in, or get up and watch the sunrise through the icy treetops. We retreated to the incredible ARC Retreat Community in Stanchfield MN for a weekend to restore us body and soul. We will be nourished in sisterhood and laughter, wholesome meals, quiet space for reflection, access to 90 acres of beautiful Minnesota wilderness, massage, yoga and more. We will hold space for our group of incredible women to come together on a discussion of what sustains us, with access to inspirational content on the topic of nourishment and what we need to thrive.
